By accessing or using Gombo Tools, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Gombo Tools provides business calculators, business-document generators, downloadable templates, and educational or operational resources. It is separate from any authenticated or paid Gombo software product unless a page clearly states otherwise.

You must be legally capable of accepting these terms. If you use Gombo Tools for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

You may use Gombo Tools for legitimate personal, professional and commercial purposes. You may customize generated outputs and downloaded templates for your business operations.

You must not use Gombo Tools unlawfully or fraudulently, impersonate others, create misleading or falsified business documents, infringe intellectual-property rights, upload malicious files, abuse automation or scraping, interfere with security or availability, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or use the service to violate sanctions, tax, employment or financial laws.

You are responsible for information entered into calculators and generators, uploaded logos, signatures and stamps, having rights to use uploaded content, checking document accuracy before use, and protecting confidential information. Gombo does not claim ownership of your user-provided business information.

Generated invoices, quotes, receipts, credit notes, orders and similar documents are drafting tools. You must review them and remain responsible for numbering, tax treatment, fiscal certification, accounting treatment, mandatory disclosures and local compliance. Generating a document does not certify, register, submit or validate it with any government, tax authority, customer or accounting system. Uploaded signatures or stamps are visual elements and are not automatically verified electronic signatures.

Calculations depend on user-provided inputs. Results are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. You should independently verify important financial, tax, payroll, accounting or operational decisions. Calculators do not replace professional advice.

Downloaded templates may require modification for your jurisdiction, industry and business needs.

Gombo Tools does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or employment advice. The tools support practical drafting and calculation workflows but do not replace qualified professional review.

Gombo owns or licenses the website, branding, design, software and original content. You retain rights in information you enter and may use generated documents and downloaded templates for legitimate business operations. Gombo trademarks and logos may not be used to imply endorsement.

Free generated documents may include “Generated with Gombo Tools”. Where the tool includes this attribution as part of the free service, you may not intentionally obscure or misrepresent it. This does not prevent you from editing unrelated portions of your own documents.

Features such as WhatsApp sharing, analytics, external links or hosting may rely on third parties governed by their own terms.

Features may be updated, suspended or removed. Uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed, although reasonable efforts may be made to preserve useful functionality.

Gombo Tools is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Gombo is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from inaccurate user inputs, unreviewed generated documents, local legal or tax non-compliance, third-party service failures or temporary service interruption. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use, infringement, fraudulent content, or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Gombo service operator, subject to any mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence. Legal counsel must confirm the governing-law and jurisdiction clause before launch.

If these Terms of Use change materially, Gombo will update the effective date and publish the revised terms.
